Real estate broker
Millenium Properties SA is an estate agency active in brokerage, residential rentals and advisory services.
As a human-scale family business with 17 years of experience, we serve a demanding clientele and support them throughout their project.
To complete our team, we are looking for a Real Estate Broker.
The role:
- Prospecting for new mandates with property owners
- Property valuations
- Viewings, negotiations and advice for a demanding clientele
- Independent management of mandates through to signing
Your profile:
- Excellent presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented approach
- Proven experience of 3 years in real estate as a broker
- Autonomy, a sense of responsibility and rigour
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent French and English
- Swiss nationality or a valid work permit
- Proficiency with IT tools
- A driving licence is essential
