Once you have completed the referral form, you are given a secure personal area where you can follow, step by step, how the transaction you referred is progressing. Once the sale or rental has been completed, you receive a transfer from our agency for your introduction.
Regarding administrative procedures, you simply need to complete the referral form and then, once the sale or rental has been finalised, complete a fee acknowledgement form.

The steps
Step 1
Complete the referral form with your details and those of the property.
Step 2
Follow
You will have access to your personal area with a summary of the properties you have referred, so you can track their progress.
Step 3
A broker will contact the property owner to arrange an appointment.
Step 4
Get paid
Once the property has been sold or rented, you receive a bank transfer from us!
